- Digital download items can't be exchanged or returned.
Conditions of return.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
To return or exchange an item, please fill out this form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address indicated in the return instruction.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

- All items are handmade with lots of care and attention, please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work.
- If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
- If your item arrives broken or damaged and you wish to replace the item, please notify us first within 14 days of receipt. A replacement will be made once the item is returned. The item must be placed in relevant packaging to safeguard its return, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. The shipping back to you will be at our expense.
